The terms of the LVMH Mo√ęt Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc. (LVMH) Group Health and Welfare Plan, Plans # 501, 506, 509, and 510 (the Plan) as described on this site are effective as of January 1, 2022. The information is intended to help you with the process of enrolling in the benefits described on the site and provided under the Plan. From time to time, the plan administrator will issue summary plan descriptions (SPD) and summary of material modifications (SMM) to the SPD describing important changes to the benefits provided under the Plan and as described in the SPD. You should review these materials carefully and keep them with your important Plan records.

Every effort has been made to make the information in this site as accurate as possible. In the case of any discrepancy between this site and the official plan documents or insurance policies, the official plan documents and insurance policies always govern. It must be understood that the descriptions on this site cannot alter, modify, or change the controlling legal documents in any way, nor can any individual gain rights by any statements in, or omissions of, any statements from this site.

Your eligibility and rights to benefits under the Plan should not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment. The benefits and other principal provisions described on this site are effective only if you are eligible for coverage, become covered, and remain covered in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.

No person has the authority to make any verbal statements of any kind at any time with respect to the benefits under the Plan that are legally binding for LVMH or to alter the official plan documents and contracts maintained in conjunction with the Plan. Interpretations of the Plan provisions will be made by the plan administrator in its sole discretion.

LVMH reserves the right to amend, modify, terminate, or discontinue the Plan or any benefits provided under or provisions of the Plan as described on this site at any time in its sole discretion.
